ARE CURATED GIFTINGS ALL PRODUCTS MADE IN CANADA?


Curated Giftings are not products majorly made in Canada, Just as our name states, we source out beautiful items from all around the world we believe represent our mantra: "Shopping with a touch of style!"




I’D PREFER TO SHOP IN-STORE, DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION?


Curated Giftings currently does not have a physical store, as a growing start up, we are just on online e-commerce platform at this time.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?


Just select forgot passowrd on your account and follow the step by step prompts afterwards.




HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?


Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed. Once you have found your product select “ADD TO CART”. Continue searching and adding more products, until you are ready to checkout.




WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?


Once you place your order on Curated Giftings, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not get a confirmation email with your order details, kindly send an email to curatedgiftings.com




CAN I ORDER AN ITEM OUT OF STOCK?


You can’t order a product that has been listed as ‘out of stock’ but if you notify us, we will contact you once the item is back in stock.





Payments

WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENT FAIL?


There are several reasons why your Payment may fail and thereon also your order cancelled: - The item(s) sold out. - We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address. Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.




CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.




WHAT DO I DO IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?


If there was an error with your order or you received a faulty/damaged item, please contact us immediately. You can send an email to curatedgiftings@gmail.com. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem including your name, the name of the affected item(s) and a member of our team will look into it.




HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?


You have the option of paying with your card online or via Paypal through our secured gateway platform.




I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?


If you do not receive an email from Curated Giftings within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. To check your orders, log into your Curated Giftings account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact Us either via email at curatedgiftings.com or chat.




DOES CURATED GIFTINGS OFFER REFUND?


Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled. For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner. Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form or send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist!





Privacy

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?


There are two (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package: In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.




ARE MY INFORMATION DETAILS SAFE ON THE SHOPPING SITE?


Yes we use a secured gateway for payment and do not sell or use personal informations of our customers other than for the aim of order fulfillment.





Delivery

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?


Depending on location, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods. Note: In-transit times are separate from processing times and are subject to change during the holiday season. For orders containing multiple out-of-stock items, these items will be refunded back to the original form of payment (minus any applicable discount codes used on the order), allowing us to process and ship the rest of your order as quickly as possible! Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.




HOW CAN I FIND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION?


All Shipping and Delivery information and estimates can be found on our Shipping pages. Delivery time may vary according to locations.




WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?


Delivery within Canada takes between 1-3 working days. Delivery Outside Canada (USA) takes between 2-5 days, depending on the location. Please check our SHIPPING page for more information.
